We are so confident that you will be happy with your gear that we put a 30-day guarantee on it. If you continue having the same issues after we've repaired it, bring it on back and we'll make it right free of charge.
It's only fair to state that our 30-day guarantee only covers our work under normal operating conditions. We've seen some gear come back into our shop that had been taken to a show and kicked by stage divers, or had a beer spilled over it sometime after we had repaired it. The nature of our business means we sometimes deal with gear that is exposed to extreme situations, so new problems with your gear will be treated as new repairs.

Our drop off policy
Diagnosing fees can range depending on how long it takes to diagnose the problem. Our starting rate is $65 and this is due upon drop off of your gear. In the past, we have completed the diagnostic only to find that it would cost more to repair the gear than what it would cost to just buy another one. In these instances, we have had some customers who decide not to pay for the diagnostic service rendered and additionally, do not return since the equipment is not worth the repair. For this reason, we are implementing a new policy of charging the base rate for diagnosing upon drop off.
our pick up policy
Sometimes, equipment gets orphaned with us and the owner does not come back to retrieve it. Our space is limited and we have new gear arriving all the time. Therefore, 30 days after you are informed that your gear is ready to be picked up, we can no longer continue to house that piece of equipment. If you bring us your gear for repairs, it is your responsibility to pick up your equipment within 30 days of us informing you that it is ready. If you do not pick it up within 30 days, we will asume that the gear has been abandoned. At this point, in order to make space and recoup any charges and labor lost, we will sell the equipment.
